Christo has a Bachelor’s in mathematics and physics from McGill University in Canada and a Master’s in mathematics from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. His current research inspects birth-death stochastic models of cancer evolution, and he hopes to use his mathematical training to better inform cancer treatment. Christo is also passionate about science and mathematics education: he has completed an Education degree and has worked extensively with students of various ages. Outside of the classroom, he enjoys cooking, going to the theatre and spending time outdoors.
