Golsa Has a background in applied mathematics with a focus on numerical analysis. She holds a Master from Tarbiat Modares University (Iran), where she worked on space fractional diffusion equations.
In her research she will now focus on developing epidemiological models for specific infectious diseases, such as influenza or COVID-19. In her free time she likes reading, walking and watching movies.
