Frederik has a Bachelor in physics from University of Göttingen and a Master in theoretical biophysics from the University of Bayreuth.

During his Master thesis he focused on reaction diffusion systems and active matter. He joined EvoGamesPlus after a successful experience as research assistant at the University of Bayreuth, which gave him the opportunity to appreciate a creative and cooperative academic environment. His research concerns fast/slow dynamical systems, control theory and regulatory networks with applications to cancer therapy.

In his free-time he enjoys hiking and playing the piano.
